Our policies are listed in the contract when you book with us online.

Cancelation policy: No refunds after 60 days prior to check-in.  If canceling prior to 60 days, we will refund the amount less a $40 cancelation fee + 6.75% of the total rent in order to cover our costs.

Payment Schedules:  If checking in within 4 months from today or the total rental amount is less than $600, then 50% is due upon booking and the remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in.  Otherwise, 33% is due upon booking, 33% due 90 days prior to check-in, and the remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in.
