I come to Oahu often and like to try out different areas. This was my first stay on the Gold Coast, and it didn't disappoint. The efficient little studio is in a great location, with well-stocked kitchenette, on-site parking and laundry for a fee, and partial ocean views on each side. The Diamond Head Beach property was a wonderful place to stay! It was roomy with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of both Diamond Head and the ocean including a private lanai. This studio is very clean and well kept. The host, Mark was easy to contact, responsive and very pleasant! I've now found my go-to place. We had a great time at Diamond Head Beach. Great views from the balcony and the property patio area. The traffic was a little noisy at times, but nothing excessive - Waikiki is a busy place! This beachfront property is absolutely stunning, with incredible views and the beach just steps away. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The area is close to several great restaurants and cafes. The owner was incredibly helpful and proactive. The space also provided thoughtful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a lunch pail, which were perfect for beach adventures. Parking was initially tricky due to a nearby marathon, but once it wrapped up, it was easy and within walking distance. Loved this condo and the quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from shops and restaurants on Waikiki Beach. You can see the sun rise over Diamondhead in the morning and watch the sunset from the balcony in the evening. Condo owner gave great instructions for location and checking in. Mark's place looks exactly like the pictures- the views of Diamond Head are stunning and you can also see plenty of water. He has a table and chairs on the deck and also a nice lounge where you can relax and just look at the view. Parking is no problem, you do not need to pay for an inside spot. All of Waikiki is walkable from his place or a quick Uber ride. The beach is a short walk as well as a great beachside cafe for breakfast. Mark was actually there when we arrived and is super friendly and very helpful with all of his check in instructions and suggestions. He provides beach towels, chairs, and a cooler to use as well. I highly recommend staying here over the other spots in Waikiki- a little extra money but well worth it! The only thing that might bother people is that the air conditioner is loud but we use a white noise machine anyway so we liked it. Can't say enough good things about this place. The views from the balcony are stunning, with Diamond Head and Honolulu on one side and the ocean on the other. I even slept on the balcony one night because it was so relaxing and scenic. The common area downstairs is also an incredible spot to take in the sunset off the Pacific. No issues with check-in or anything really. Bathroom and shower were nice, bed was comfy. Free parking on the other side of the park, easy little walk. About a 15-minute walk to the main strip in Waikiki. Mark checked in to see if everything was OK and it definitely was. Mark's place was wonderful! It's walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but you're not in it at the end of the day. A guaranteed beautiful of the sunset each evening and easy access to water. Street parking worked well for us, but we're from San Francisco where we're accustom to walking to a car that might not be directly in front of our house.
