We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet environment at your Lake Tahoe Studio. We especially liked the fireplace which was warm enough and did not need to use the AC/heater at all. It was close to stores, restaurants etc. We took the ferry ride at Zephyr Cove and enjoyed the interesting history of Lake Tahoe. We also wanted to visit where we got married 35 years ago and the lodge where we stayed and Rojo's where we ate then.We wanted to do so much more but maybe we can visit again another time. This is my second time staying here and it was just as perfect as my first time a few years back. The location is walking distance from numerous different eateries and beautiful walks along the lake. Other than taking Ubers on NYE night we never had to drive. My truck stayed parked for 3 days in the same spot. It was our first trip to South Lake Tahoe and Lakeland Village. The condominium we rented exceeded our expectations, and the owner Mark was did an excellent job communicating with us from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Super clean five minutes walk through the complex to get to the lake, where they have gas fire pits that turn on with a switch. Close to everything. The condo is very clean and put together the owner is obviously picky about the maintenance of the place. Very quiet as well. - (Oct 2024 - VRBO)

We had a great time in Lake Tahoe staying at Mark's place. The location is awesome. The property has a large private beach. There is a pool and hot tub right by the lake. It is close to many restaurants and coffee spots. There is a nice king bed. The unit is nicely updated. Very clean and great location! Conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the beach as it was rather crowded but that wasn't our main reason for visiting Lake Tahoe. The weather was unusually warm for Tahoe but the A/C unit had no problem keeping the space comfortable. Cupboards were well supplied with everything we needed. This property is located on the first floor so you can expect to hear people walking on the floor above you. The property itself was awesome it had a king size bed with a standard size refrigerator. And I will say that fridge worked great. The property was very clean and organized. You have a short walk to a nice beach on Lake Tahoe. I personally would definitely recommend this property if you were considering a stay at Lakeland Village. Mark's place was extremely central to anything and everything you are looking to do in SLT! The condo itself was so easy to get in and out of. The place had no heat on when we arrived, so it took a bit of time to warm up the place but thats literally my only tiff. With the temperature being 18-30 degrees all day it would've been nice to have a warm room to arrive to. Again, not a huge deal! Mark's place was fantastic for my boyfriend and I to stay, central location to Heavenly village. Plenty of space, and the kitchenette was nice, even though we never ended up using it. The property was very close to the Safeway, restaurants, shopping, and casino. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach area and neighborhood pool/jacuzzi. The fire pits were great in the evening by the pool! It was also a huge bonus to have free parking with the parking pass since parking seems to be a premium around town. This beautiful condo was the perfect week long getaway for my husband and I. Centrally located, quiet, wonderful amenities with an absolutely breathtaking view from the beach/pier/pool, and within walking /short driving distance to all we wanted to do. I had the best vacation possible. This place was absolutely perfect in every way. I loved the view, the fireplace which also works as a heater, the kitchen with all the appliances, dishware, pots and pans. So many places to eat and shop in walking distance.
