Mark's place was beautiful, even better than the photos. It was quiet and in a great location. Everything that we could possibly need was provided. The walkable private beach was a good surprise. The free underground parking was convenient. Lake Tahoe is a wonderful and Mark's place was a great base for us to explore the area. The place is really good for stay in south lake Tahoe. The pool and the amenities are really good and useful during the stay. Most places ( restaurants , grocery stores, beach) are walkable and the place itself is quiet and peaceful. Mark was proactive in communicative. We had a wonderful stay at Mark's one-bedroom studio. The space was spotless, and the King bed was incredibly comfortable-one of the best we've slept on! Very cozy place to stay. Fireplace is a plus on the cold weather. The hotel is peaceful and the pier is a great place to see the sunset. There's a lot of restaurants close by. The check in was easy and the unit was warm when we arrived. outside was very cold. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store within walking distance, the lake beach and pier are amazing and the show and slots of Lake Tahoe were just an Uber ride away. This is a great location. Mark's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for 6 days on the mountain. Cozy, but not short of any amenities. Enough kitchen utensils amd appliances for me to make breakfast and lunch. The building has a small private gym, but there is a actual 24 hours gym not even 5 minutes away. Laundry room is very close to the room, so super convenient. I had a wonderful time at Mark's place. I was in South Lake Tahoe for some "me-time", and my stay was perfect. The apartment felt bigger than the pictures made it seem. I enjoyed the space; cozying up to the fire and reading, cooking for myself, walking to the lakeside, and around the complex, all of that was great. Mark's place worked for me perfectly.
