Amazing location!!! Mark's studio has a view to Heavenly's Gondola and walking distance to restaurants/casinos/bars, no need to drive anywhere. Great studio room. Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. This is the 3rd year we've rented through VRBO and stayed at the Marriott. This year we rented from a different owner. We liked the room and location the best! The room was in much better shape than the one we stayed in last year. I love the convenience of the valet, location to gondola and ski valet. Best Winter Location!

You can't find a better location than here! You're right by the gondola making it easy to carry around your ski gear. The gondola is right outside your window so you're able to check the length of the lines. Open your window in the late afternoon-evenings to listen to wonderful live music. A grocery store is at most a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of tasty restaurants and stores right below to keep you occupied in the evenings. If you're into Casinos, they're maybe a 10 minute walk through the village. South Lake Tahoe is an incredible place to visit making you want to come back every chance you get. 
Everything you need is available in the condo. It's clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The staff were always warm and welcoming. The property has multiple little activities going on throughout the day, most of which were free. Without a doubt this condo deserves all 5 stars! - (Jan 2018 - VRBO)
