This space was wonderful! Everything was so conveniently located; the resort is absolutely walkable. The unit is secluded from the main hallway which is nice, very quiet. The unit was well-kept and clean. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Mark gave clear instructions and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. If you do plan on going, expect most attractions to be closed in October/fall months because they are between seasons. There is still lots to do in the area, however. Amazing stay! Bottom line: This is a great place to stay if you want the a full studio with convenience of Heavenly village, walk out lift access and hotel like amenities and service. We had the opportunity to stay at Mark's place in Heavenly Village nestled right at stateline in South Lake Tahoe. The place is a stones throw from the gondola and is surrounded by shops and restaurants that sit below the units. The casinos are just a short 5 minute walk as well. Check in instructions (and the check in itself) was simple and check out was simpler (Its essentially hotel level service). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Parking is complimentary valet. Mark was easy to communicate with and always responsive. This is definitely on our short list of places to stay when we return Mahalo Mark! - (Apr 2024 - Airbnb)

What a great location and beautiful place

There really could not be a more convenient place if you are skiing at Heavenly. We could walk 15 feet out of the building to rent our equipment another 25 feet to get on the gondola. Hot tubs were just as close for later and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a 2 minute walk. Mark's place is really clean, modern and quiet and had anything you would need from a Slow Cooker to a room humidifier. A great spot that we would certainly visit again. - (Jan 2019 - Airbnb)

Great room in the center of everything

We were in Tahoe for a wedding, but planned on skiing.. to our surprise, the room was in the center of everything! We didn't spend a ton of time utilizing the room, since we were out exploring, but I will say the bed was comfy, tv was HD, coffee maker made coffee, and WiFi was solid/good speed. Not to mention that they had complimentary gear check! Only thing I wish we had was a door stop for the bathroom door. Very minor. - (Mar 2018 - VRBO)
